2.2 Orders: By placing an order on www.darkxnash.de, you agree to these GTC and submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

3. Prices and Payments
3.1 Prices: All prices on the website are stated in euros and include the statutory VAT. Price changes are reserved.
3.2 Payments: Payments are made via the payment methods offered on the website. Your payment data is processed securely and encrypted.

4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery Times: The estimated delivery times are shown during the ordering process.
4.2 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are also transparently displayed during the ordering process.

5. Returns and Cancellation
5.1 Right of Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
5.2 Cancellation Notice: To exercise the right of cancellation, a simple message by email or post to the address given in the imprint is sufficient. We do not provide a cancellation form.
5.3 Return Shipping: The goods must be returned to us at your own expense. Once the goods have arrived in perfect condition, we will refund the full purchase price as well as the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs you incurred.
5.4 Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation: The right of cancellation does not apply to custom-made items or products clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

6. Disclaimer of Liability
We accept no liability for damages caused by improper use of our products. For slight negligence, we are only liable in case of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
