Return and Cancellation Policy
1. Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a person designated by you (not the carrier) received the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, a simple notification by email or mail to:

We do not provide a cancellation form.
2. Returning the Goods
Please send the goods back to the above address within 14 days after cancellation.
Return shipping costs are generally to be borne by the buyer.
This also applies to orders from other EU countries (e.g., Austria, Netherlands, France, or Spain).
The goods must be in unworn and flawless condition.
3. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price.
Additionally, we will refund the original shipping costs (standard shipping) of the order.
Return shipping costs will not be covered.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the return using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
4. Exchange (e.g., different size)
An exchange is possible as long as the goods are unworn and in flawless condition.
Please note:
• The customer bears the return shipping costs.
• We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged goods.
5. Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
- custom-made items or
- products clearly tailored to personal needs.
Important:
Please keep the original packaging if possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for worn or damaged goods.
