U.S. Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders shipped to customers in the United States.

Made-to-Order Products

DARKXNASH products are produced on demand after an order is placed. Because each item is specifically produced for an individual order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to choosing the wrong size, change of mind, personal preference, ordering the wrong color or product variant, or an item simply not fitting as expected when the size ordered was the size delivered.

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable federal or state law.

Wrong Size Ordered by the Customer

If you selected the wrong size when placing your order and the size delivered matches the size shown in your order confirmation, the item is not eligible for a free replacement, exchange, or refund, except where required by applicable law.

In individual cases, DARKXNASH may offer a discount toward a replacement order as a voluntary customer-service gesture. Such offers are made at our discretion and do not create an entitlement to future replacements or discounts.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, materially defective, incorrectly printed, in a different size than the size you ordered, or as a different product than the one you ordered, please contact DARKXNASH as soon as reasonably possible at info@darkxnash.de.

To investigate the issue, we may request your order number, photographs of the complete product, photographs showing the defect or incorrect print, a photograph of the size label, and, where relevant, photographs of the packaging or shipping label.

After reviewing the claim, we will provide an appropriate remedy where required, such as a replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits remedies available under applicable law.

If we require the defective or incorrect item to be returned, we will provide return instructions. Do not send products back to the manufacturing or fulfillment address shown on the package unless DARKXNASH specifically instructs you to do so.

Where applicable law requires DARKXNASH to bear the cost of returning a defective or incorrectly supplied product, we will do so.

Returns Without Prior Authorization

Please contact DARKXNASH before returning any product. Items sent to a fulfillment facility, printing partner, manufacturer, or other address without prior return instructions may not be processed or returned to you.

Lost or Missing Orders

If tracking indicates that your order has been lost or if your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment with the carrier and fulfillment provider.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an eligible lost shipment may be replaced or refunded.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, additional production or shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again. This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by DARKXNASH, our fulfillment provider, or the carrier.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.

This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights that apply under federal or state law. If we are unable to ship an order within the shipping period we promised, we will handle the delay and any applicable cancellation or refund rights in accordance with U.S. law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Where a refund is required by applicable law, DARKXNASH will process it within the legally required timeframe.

Abuse and Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to reasonably investigate claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect merchandise and may request supporting evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this section allows DARKXNASH to refuse a legitimate remedy that a customer is legally entitled to receive.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer rights, implied warranties, remedies, or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable United States federal or state law. If applicable law provides you with rights that are more favorable than this policy, those statutory rights will apply.
